It is a joy to be able to provide reading glasses to the people who live in the remote jungle villages. They rarely, if ever, are able to go to stores and to have the opportunity to get reading glasses is a huge blessing to them. We take Bibles and Christian literature for them to study and for those with poor vision, the glasses make learning possible. We have all the different strengths available and let each person test which one meets their needs by having them read Scripture verses from the Bible. In addition to finding their needed strength of glasses, many of the people learn from the verses truths from the Bible and many Gospel conversations have followed…..often leading to someone praying to trust Christ as Savior.
